Race...The NFL and What we Need to DO

Racism is a word that will seemingly not let us grow up. As a society we have travled far yet seem to be stuck in the mud on some critical issues which if not tackled will keep us from the asenction many seek. Open and honest dialogue without fear of retrobution and punishment is the ONLY way these sensitive issues can come to an end. Ask yourself if you are being fair or bigoted in your approach??? Look inward, grow some thick skin and let's get moving in a way that allows us all to get moving forward.
